Awesome time running up there even though my body was not really in top form I deeply enjoyed being up at Le Refuge de la Dent d'Oche. Time to leave this fabulous place after a week of rest, enjoyment and lots of sharing. #destinationrace are fantastic I loved this one enormously. La Isla Bonita has been so good to us it's been a fantastic time.
The race itself is hard to explain. Superlatives can't describe it decently. This was my first ultra though and the discovery on its own may induce some biais :) 74km and 8407 total elevation took its toll but not in my joy of running. This week won't leave my mind soon.
